What it watches
New planning applications filed with the municipality (variance, rezoning, severance, site plan) within 500 m of the address.
Where the data comes from
Municipal open records via BuildData. If your city isn't yet covered, we'll let you know and refund the months we can't check.
What you get
A short email with the title, address, filing date and a link to the municipal record for each new application. No facts without a source.
What we don't do
No listings, no price estimates, no legal / financial / inspection advice. We report what the municipality filed, and name the source.
